St Patty's Day MTB ride with Fat Tire **all ride levels**

Hello MTB Fans~

**note**

I've purchased radio(s) and we will have beginner and advance ride options added to this event. Come one, come all!!!

The weather is going to be perfect for this sweet ride in the Park! Bring some green beer and wear your green clothes!

Ride Summary
Terrain: Rolling hills with a couple of hard (but short) climbs.
Distance: 12 Miles
Speed: 8 - 14 mph
Rider Level: D12 (beginner, Intermediate and advance)

Sweep: Yes

Join us for the 12 mile dirt loop in and around Folsom Lake. This ride is intended for people who can sustain 9 MPH or more on dirt. We tend to go kinda' fast, but we are happy to reign it in if we're pressing too hard. We would rather enjoy your company and see you come back than break speed records. It should take no more than 2 hours. If you cannot maintain this pace, you are not being fair to the rest of the riders.
As always, helmets are required.

Cya out there...

S~

Adrienne, I don't know the trail enough to be of too much help. But if someone gives us "directions" as to where to turn I think we could figure it out. The distance is probably O.K. since I've done the route before, it's the speed I'm concerned about. I don't think I can keep up with the 9 mph group. I'd love to ride together so let me know what you all decide about a slower/shorter route group.

That was just what I needed! Multiple doses of brutal punishment followed by a few brews and pleasant conversation.

It was a beautiful sunny day. What a great Sunday afternoon. I agree with Gregorio hard to decide which was more fun the ride or the socializing. Bobby is an excellent ride leader. Thanks to Steven and all the leaders for another excellent meet up in granite bay.

Our beginner group "evolved" to advanced beginner as Will led us to Doton's Point, and beyond. We learned to "look beyond" the little rocks, and how and when to shift. It was a beautiful day for a ride and briefly met folks from the intermediate and advanced groups! Look forward to more rides.

Fun ride! Good to get in some miles and see all the smiling faces. Thanks to Jed for joining me on the first loop and helping to push the pace, and thanks to Bobby for leading the way to the rocky playground.
