New and improved! This time with Advance Notice. =)

Time for some repeats in the Rock Garden! I'm headed out there and thought some of you might want to come too! It's a lot of fun but some sections are very technical. I plan on bringing arm and leg guards, but a normal helmet. Please plan accordingly for yourself.

Rockville is about an hour west of Sacramento, just west of Fairfield. I plan on meeting in Sacramento and carpooling from there. Meet at 745, leave at 8, get to the park about 9, ride for a while and be back in sac around 1 or 2pm. ish... I'm sure it will be a great day for riding (should be mid/high 80s), so starting around 9 will be necessary (there isn't much shade there).

There is an entrance fee to get into the Rockville park; It's $3 per person. You pay when you get there and the machine takes credit cards or cash. The parking lot is pretty small, so we should carpool if possible. The whole park is about 15 miles of interconnected trails with no one branch longer than 1.5 miles. This is a place for repeats and skill building. There is also an expert area there, but it's too intense for me =)
