MTB Lake Natoma

Lets take a ride along Lake Natoma and enjoy the weather.

Ride Summary
Terrain: Rolling hills with a couple of short climbs.
Distance: 12 Miles
Speed: 8 - 12 mph


Join us for a 12 mile dirt trails along Lake Natoma. This ride is intended for adults with a base level of fitness. The ride should take about 2 hours with rest stops as needed along the way. We will have a quick break at the halfway point (parking lot of Karens Bakery and Bicycles Plus).


Please bring a bike in good working order. Helmets are required for this ride and bring water.

Meet at the Hazel Light Rail Station parking lot (just past the Nimbus Winery on the opposite side of Folsom Blvd - enter on Aerojet Road).

We will meet at 11:45 am and be ready to roll at noon.

    im going to assume that ive used the right trail ....this is an out and back and the trail weaves on and off the american river road trail or sacramento road trail (which is it)?
    or is there another part that im missing?

    Eric - yes it weaves up to the bicycles plus/karen's bakery area along the southern edge of Lake Natoma.
