I'll be leading an "Advanced Intermediate" group of riders around the loop. You should be comfortable with braking, cornering, climbing and descending. The plan is to start at the top of drivers flat onto the FDLT to the benches, down the connector and back to the benches, down to the fork or "Y" then continue on to finish the FDLT back to the top of driver flat to the cars.
We will be regrouping at every intersection to make sure nobody gets lost and gets a chance to rest.
Please arrive by 9:00 AM and be ready to ridel at 9:10 sharp. As always, please bring your lungs, a mountain bike in good working order, helmets, spare tubes, plenty of water and snacks to keep your energy up.
~Super,
I will let you know about conditions...I may make it too!
Watch out for down trees. We took out three in the last week.
According to FATRAC the FDLT+connector is about 17 miles. Doing just the FDLT is 10miles.. Doing just the FDLT is an option for some.
Trail was good...a few puddles and trees down but totally ride-able
@ Scott K, Thanks for the heads up. To be on the safe side I made the change : )
