I am an avid mtn biker and trail runner. Looking for rides in the mornings M-F.
What trails have you ridden?
Salmon Falls, Sweetwater Trail, Downieville, Mr Toads in Tahoe, Moab.
What trails would you like to ride?
My fav's are Downieville & Mr Toads.
What would you like to get out of this group?
I would like to meet others to ride with in the mornings, have fun while working out!

Alicia - I live in Folsom and I use to mountain bike, but it has been several years - would love to get back into it, but probably wouldn't be able to do an expert trail at the moment - if you would love to get together for an informal easy ride, let me know. Mary
