Hey Fred. Glad you found us and especially glad you are ready to get back on the bike. We have all levels of riders in our group and we will be posting a lot more rides in the very near future, especially as the weather gets better. Friday night Mountain Bike rides at Olmstead, and also many others. Look forward to meetin you soon at one of our rides.
