Introduction

I am an avid fitness enthusiast and really love being on a bicycle wether it is my MTB, my Cyclocross/ road bike or any other bike that will let me pedal it around..

What trails have you ridden?

Salmon Falls, Sweetwater, Dyke 8, Cool, Foresthill, Georgetown, Auburn Ravine, American River trail, The confluence, Roseville/ Rocklin singletrack, Downieville, Northstar, Oakridge Oregon (mbo), University falls, Etc etc

What trails would you like to ride?

Any....all of them, gosh theres just not enough time with this whle work thing always getting in the way!

What would you like to get out of this group?

New places to ride, and good people to ride them with. Of course the more knowledge about bicycles in general that I can absorb from various sources the better!

Hi Kevin,
you may not remember me, I'm the old lady that road MBO with you. No, not that old lady, that was Sharel. LOL. This is Jeannette.
My son was asking me about training in a career as an elevator repair technician. You were the first one I thought of, and actully only person I've ever met that was in this field. Is there any direction you can steer me in for training. He's 18, in great shape, and currently works at Cosco, and attends City College. Anyway thanks for any info.
