Introduction

I Got back into Mountain Biking a couple of years ago. Bike riding in my primary form of exercise. My children (14,25 and 30) keep me motivated to stay in shape so I can watch them grow old. I enjoy a good climb and burning lungs.

What trails have you ridden?

Foresthill Divide, Stagecoach, Connector, Manzanita, Tinkers, Culvert, Flood,Confluence Granite Bay, Flume,Salmon Falls , Quarry, Sawtooth, Bridge, 2 Beavers and a Bear, Cronin Ranch, Hole in the Ground, Forest City. Lots of trails in the Santa Cruz Mountains and the Bay Area.

What trails would you like to ride?

I like to explore and try new trails. I would like to ride the Truckee/Tahoe area more this year. If it is Single track I want to try it.

What would you like to get out of this group?

Meet new riding friends, find new trails, and improve my fitness.

Hello Scott, I am fairly new to the area and haven't done any group rides recently, but I'm interested! I often go up to Auburn on the weekends and have seen some of your group at Starbucks (Forest Hill)...I would also like to do an interview for a journalism class that might be printed in the Auburn Journal!

Hi Scott,

After tightening all the possible things I could come up with clunking noise was still there. Took it to shop and they fixed it by tightening the bottom bracket and suspension pivot points and adjusting bearing cup in rear wheel so I'll be there Friday. Thanks

Hey Scott thanks for the welcome! I intend to try to get on some GB rides because I would like to join that first race. But I dont know where the trail starts and ends... I missed a few recent rides in GB cuz my work schedule was conflicting. Could you point me in the right direction? Im hoping to join you guys for the coffee n ride on Friday.
