in Cali? only Sweetwater Trail in Colo? a lot

as many as I can w/o killing myself

a friend of mine is in several of the meetup.com groups and I'm new to town, he thought this would be a good idea for me.

What Amber Forest is saying about this Meetup Group

Because there is an ability group for everyone. Beginners will learn new techniques and have a chance to apply them. Intermediate slow and fast groups challenge your technical and cardio. If you feel like busting your guts and breaking your bike, go with the advanced group, they'll show you 'what for'. Just kidding, about breaking your bike. The pizza social is a good time to relax, stretch, and meet or catch up with some great people. Expect to ride. Don't forget your helmet.

Hey Amber... thanks for your email. Hip is sore but fine. Knee is not too bad - brace for 2 weeks, physical therapy, stationary bike for now, hopefully back on the bike in 2 weeks or less. Should be OK after that. Catch you on the trail soon. Thanks, again.
