I am OK-really dumb move on that little bump at high speed. I did get checked out at the ER and although I technically broke my back it is just a slight compression fracture in one of the vertebrae and I don't even need a brace. I knocked several of the little fins that come off the back of the spine to that muscles attact to. I am very sore but lucky because it could have been a lot worse. I will be out there-riding a lot smarter in a few weeks. Thanks, Mitch

It WAS a lot of fun. Probably the size of the group and abilities was key. Not a totally out of breath ride which left plenty of energy for foolin around. Good conditioning ride. Thanks Katie and all.
